I’m delighted to have been named the Associate Director of Narrative for the 2017 Writing Studio at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. The position is especially meaningful as I was myself a participant at the Writing Studio in 1987 and 1991. Like many Canadian writers, the Banff Centre was crucial to my development as an artist.
